Then, in early 2012, Target started selling moccasins with a design "nearly identical" to Minnetonka Moccasin's shoes, the suit said.
A Target spokeswoman declined to comment on the lawsuit.
Knockoffs are a part and parcel of the fashion industry, of course.
And Target has been accused of selling designer knock offs before.
